Hello,

I just did a fresh (re) install of Office 2003 on my laptop.. I have a
previous backup and would like to restore the office dictionary that I had
updated over the last few years... What is the file(s) I need to restore??

Thanks!
Troy

If you're talking about the custom dictionary that you add
words of your own to, it's called "custom.dic" and its
normal path is:

C:\Documents and Settings\{Your Name}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Proof\custom.dic

This is also where your exception file should be placed if
you have one.
