dictionary full

Using Publisher 2003
During spell check I get this message when trying to add a word:
"Publisher cannot add this word because the user dictionary is full. To add
this word to the user dictionary, delete some words from the user dictionary
and retry." How do I find and modify the user dictionary? Thanks.

In Outlook Express, tools, options, spelling tab, edit "custom dictionary."

I didn't realise that the custom dictionary could be over full.. is there a
way to create a second custom dictionary?..
