O
One Woman, Ink.
Hi,
It took me awhile to figure out that the reason my English Dictionary, or
Spell Checker, in MSN Hotmail has stopped working is somehow related to my
upgrade to MS Office 2007 shortly after replacing my Laptop and PC.
Each time I click to "Send" an email, an MSN (with a little rainbow
butterfly logo) popup appears stating that "You do not currently have
dictionary installed for the selected language."
If I click the "More Information" link in the popup, I get the following
message:
"Why this happened. You need to install a spell checker available with
installations of Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works in order to use the
spell checking feature."
Of course, I've done nothing to disable any dictionaries or spell checkers
through my own actions; this must be a problem with Office 2007. I've
confirmed that my MS Word and my Hotmail settings both show that "English" is
my chosen language.
Any help here will be appreciated.
