When I try to check grammer and spelling on Office X it says that this
feature is unabailable because the tool is not installed. Is their
anyway to download the dictionary tool offline?? Thanks.

I'm trying to check English.

Ok, well the English tools come with Office X. Perhaps you didn't install
them? (is that possible?)

In apps/office x/shared applications/proofing tools, there should be some 6
files that start with English. Are they there?

If that doesn't help, try to install all the proofing tools from the 'value
pack' installer on the Office X CD.
