Did Microsoft Live Maps in Outlook 2007 just go Off-line?

All of a sudden, I can't get maps or Directions from inside Outlook
like I did just yesterday...

I have read all of the bug reports, but never saw any of those
propblems...

"Explore with live Search" still works, but "get directions" died...

What is going on ?

Same problem here. Looks like they've (Microsoft) killed the Outlook
add-in. The download web page is also broken.

The Live Search Maps add-in was fatally buggy and Microsoft terminated its
availability some time ago. See this:

It may be possible that they've disabled the ability for existing
installations to connect to the server as well, but I don't know if that's
true.
