Did Micrsoft have Outlook E-mail Web access?

Hey , Everyone , did anyone know that Microsoft have Outlook E-mail Web
access that we could use for checking e-mail around the world ,

This is an Access (the database application) newsgroup. You should ask in
an Outlook newsgroup.

I would think you would access your ISP's website to check mail if you are
not at your computer. If you are using a Microsoft Exchange server, then
you can normally access it from the Internet and see your Outlook folders.
