Did Office 2003 SP2 fix this?

I could never install SP1 due to the issue of blank reports as stated
here

Has anyone gone to SP2 and checked if this still happens? I also see MS
issued this post SP1 hotfix

included in SP2?

which lists Hotfix 889186 as being included in SP2.
