Did restore but cant find my {"outlook"} e-mails...help!

hi.
after a restore files were "recovered" into a recovery folder, but all my
Outlook folder stuff is gone!! sigh
would they be anywhere on my comp? had a folder called "keep" and searched
for it to no avail!!

If i could even get my contacts back i would be delighted

Depends what type of restore.
OL data contained in a *.pst file, by default outlook.pst - search to
include hidden, if found, within OL open the pst.
