Did YearFrac US (NASD) 30/360 basis change?

Anyone notice that the YearFrac US (NASD) 30/360 basis (that's the default one) changed sometime between Excel 97 and 2002?

Using this formula: =YEARFRAC(DATE(2002, 2, 28),DATE(2002, 12, 31),0)

In Excel 97: 0.833333333

In Excel 2002: 0.836111111

A difference of about a day.

Did I miss a Knowledge Base article?

Thanks in advance.
