I am using Outlook 2003.
I set a flag for one of my e-mails by clicking on the flag in the Inbox view
(I have a column for flags in this view) --> "E-mail 1"
I have other e-mails when I set the flag through ctrl+shift+G --> "other
e-mails"
When I go to my "For follow up" search folder, I cannot see "E-mail 1". I
can still see the "other e-mails".
i later realised that in Inbox view, the flag for "E-mail 1" is only
coloured in the flag area while the flags for "other e-mails" are coloured
both in the flag and in the square border around it.
I removed the flag for "E-mail 1" then reset the flag by using ctrl+shift+G.
I can now see "E-mail 1" and "other e-mails" in the "For follow up" search
folder.
My question is: what is the difference between the flags with "just coloured
flag" and "coloured flag + border"?
