Difference between NFR, COA, DSP, etc.

I am looking at purchasing two licenses for Office XP
Professional. In my search I've seen several
different "Full Versions" with very different prices.
Examples are:

Full Version OEM/DSP package
Full Version OEM CD-Set
Full Version NFR CD-Set

I know that NFR stands for "Not for Resale" but do not no
exactly what that means regarding purchasing a license.
I just need someone to help me sort this out so I don't
buy the wrong product or buy something illegal. Thanks.

You're technically getting into a grey area there. Purchasing and
installing OEM and/or NFR software runs afoul of a company's policies but
not necessarily the law (unless it's pirated). However, any OEM or NFR
software in your possession can be installed and registered by you. Just be
advised that you are left with little further recourse if you are unhappy
with software you obtain via "irregular channels" and you may be ineligible
for corporate support.

Caveat emptor.
