What are the main differences between Office 2000
professional and Office 2000 Small Business?
And can you print receipts and payment orders from Office
Small Business? (Can Office Small Business help you manage
accounts receivable and accounts payable?)

The differences are not at the feature level, but 1) the applications
included in the Suite, and 2) the license terms. See

None of the Office suites are accounting packages although they can
certainly be used to assist in these functions. You may need to look into a
pure accounting package in addition to Office.
