Hi All,
PLS illuminate my brain!
I have an MS Server Project (2003), with some resources and their
assignments. They had their cost per hours in the original schedule. The
project data were processed in ms excel pivot table, using some timephased
data retrival stored procedure.
After discussing the plan, I had to make some modifications: some assignment
unit (%) and resource rates were changed. I refresed my pivot table and
discovered difference between task cost and summarized assignment cost. I
found the problem tasks, deleted all their assignments and redo them again.
Next time, after next modification, the difference rised up again at the
same tasks with the same value (some values with minus other with plus
signs. Their value not very large - project cost about 300 million HUF, and
difference is 500 HUF, but the difference!).
The question is very simple: how can I modify both resource rate and
assignment units without above mentiond difference?
