Use Project Pro 2002 if you are using Project Server 2002, Use Project Pro
2003 if you are using Project Server 2003. The version of the server should
drive your choice. If you are not using Project Server then get Project
Standard. In that case there is little difference between 2002 and 2003.
Generally it is better (not always) to get a later version because it will
have more time before it reaches the end of life and support is dropped and
you are more likely to be able to upgrade to later versions.
