differences between enterprise and standard version of project 200

i have to have a soultion to a problem. what is the differences between the
enterprise version of microsoft project 2002 and the standard microsoft
project 2002? i will appreciate what ever you can tell me from expreince or
research.

Project Standard is a stand alone product. Nevertheless, it's able to share
resources within several project files.
Project Professional is designed to work on a SQL Server database. It needs
also Project Server. Generally, Project Server is used in large
organizations.
