Differences between Office 2003 and Office 2007

Tom

I plan on rolling out Office 2007 soon (200 users) and was looking for
documentation for the differences between Office 2003 and Office 2007.

I want to train my users prior to rollout and would love to be able to
plagiarize some already created documentation rather than compiling my own.

Thanks,

Tom, you might want to install a trial version of Office 2007 on a test
machine and explore it before you attempt to roll it out to everyone.

You might want to read this
http://techrepublic.com.com/5208-6230-0.html?forumID=102&threadID=249630&messageID=2431732

The above is a sample of several similar posts on different sites.

Personally, I'm headed back to Office 2003 and most probably to OpenOffice,
since I have no desire to spend the time and effort to learn how to use the
non-intuitive "Ribbon".

Good luck to you!

Invest in aspirin and noise cancelling headphones. You'll need them.

Not that 2K7 is bad, it's just so darn different. Users who know and use
keyboard shortcuts a lot won't be as hamperered, but menu users will find it
slow going at first.
