It's going to depend on the machine specs, the amount
of other software you're running, etc not just if you
switch the operating systems as well as how you're using
Office (document types, size, automation, etc).
Windows XP or 2003 Server will add a print capability
to the MS Office Picture Manager that is missing if you're
on Windows 2000.
