differences between ProjectBeforeTaskChange and ProjectBeforeTaskChange2

Hi to all,
I would like to understand what differences are there between the
couples of events such as ProjectBeforeTaskChange and
ProjectBeforeTaskChange2 of the application object in project and how
a developer can exploit theese differences.
