Different Actuals in different views

I'm seeing an interesting problem.

When I look at resource usage, there are a couple of users out of 200
for whom no actuals appear. When I go to the "adjust actuals" screen
their accepted time does appear. These are resources that are heavily
utilized. My first thought is that the View Processor is overburdened
and not getting the more complicated cases done for regular usage
views, but I'm curious as to whether that is a good guess.

You need to be very specific in naming your views when posting questions.
For instance, "resource usage" where?

Indeed, sorry.

It's when we look at "actual work" in "View resource Assignments"
Timesheet format of PWA under the Resources Center view.

A couple of our most heavily used resources do not show actual work on
this screen even when we try all assignments.

Adjust actuals does show their time as entered and accepted.
