different bettwen % Complete in PWA

I have Project Server 2003. My project
in Project Centre PWA / View - Summary/ have field % Complete = 0 % but
I see % Complete = 38% in View a Project / view Tasks Summary/ for this
project. Why % Complete =0% in Project center ?

Try publishing the project plan from Project Pro (Collaborate -> Publish
-> Project Plan -> Plan with summary) or (Collaborate -> Publish -> All
Information)

Does this solve the problem?
