Don't know about the later versions, but think it's not possible in Excel
97.
But you could always format borders to taste, via:
Format > Cells > Border tab[/QUOTE]

In addition to adding and then coloring borders, you might look into "Custom
Views".

You can actually change the color of the grid lines in each individual view,
even if the different view displays the same cells.
