different hours on different days

my requirement is to have plan per resource as given below:-

day1 - 4 hrs on task1
day2 - 3 hrs on task1
day3 - 5 hrs on task1 etc

how to achieve this without changing setup frequently

Since there is no algorithmic way that Project can know that (short of
reading your mind), you will have to enter that work contour manually.

The simplest way is to view the Resource Usage or Task Usage Views and edit
the hours per day directly.
