Hello,
We work with several component teams in our company. They're set up as
follows.
e.g
NRH.SD.CC
NRH.DE.Hardware
NRH.TC.Technology
NRH.SD.Communication.TTL
NRH.SD.Communication.Infra
Now, as we know we use team resources as generic resources, which belong to
the team assignment pool, and resources have their component team attributed
to their Team Name-Field. Our seniour manager just came up with the question
whether it's possible to have different levels in team resources.
So, we may assign the generic resource "NRH.TC.Technology" to a certain
task, and "NRH.TC" to another. The Component "NRH.TC" comprises several sub
components like "NRH.TC.Technology" or "NRH.TC.Testers". Now, is it somehow
possible to use team resources like that, so that team members see tasks on
their page no matter whether we assign the main component or the sub
component to a task? This would really help since we do not want to plan down
to all sub components all the time.
Thanks for any input.
