Different levels of user access

Hi there everybody.


I have a fully working database with user level security integrated into it.
What i would ideally like to find is a way of either modifying my main menu
so that administrators see more options, but users see fewer. Is there a way
of a) customising a single screen depending on the user group level or b)
directing a user to a specific menu screen dependant on their user level.
