Different Looking Toolbard

I created a custom toolbar and shared it with another person, but it looks
different on their computer.

I created a toolbar added a button and assigned a macro to it. I changed the
buttons image and saved the workbook. When people open the woorkbook they get
a tool bar but without the buttons. I can manually go round the PCs and add
buttons and assign macros but would prefer it if this could be done
centrally. The Excel file is stored on a shared folder.

Any help appreciated
