Different Page Numbering for Headers and Footer

Can anyone tell me how to set two different page numberings for the headers
and footers? Example: I need the header numbering to start as page 1, but
the footer numbering to start as page 3. So, the first page in the header
will read page 1 and the first page in the footer will read page 3, the next
page in the header will read page 2, the next page in the footer will read
page 4 and so on and so forth. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi jerem,

For the footer, use a formula field coded as:
{={PAGE}+2}
Note: The field brace pairs (ie '{ }') for the above example are created via Ctrl-F9 - you can't simply type them or copy & paste
them from this message.
