Different PIA. How do I handle it?

Hi,

I have read that I have to use different PIA.s when writing plugins to
different outlook version (I use c#).

Is there a smart way to tell the compiler which PIA to use?

It would be great if I can create different install-programs
that includes the right PIA so I just can ship different
install-programs to my customers.

Is this possible and how?
