Different rates for Different Work Codes

Hello:

I am looking to design a database where I can track a
surveying company's costs, time, etc. For each employee
they have a different rate for the different functions
they perform. (ie..travel time, Hrly time, and gps time)

I'm fairly new at Access, but I learn quickly.

Is it possible to input different rates for different work
codes? Or do I need to
create "employee1Travel"; "employee1Hrly"; "employee1gps"?
