Different Romanian character

Hi,

Do you have any ideea why the character "ţ" is different beetween Office 2010 and Office 2013/2016 ?

If you wonder why: beacuse the costum.dic file is from Office 2010 is a very long list of excluded words and the proofing tools says that the text is incorrect abd there are missing letters but they are not.

Do you know any solution on how to convert the costum.dic to Office 2013 format ?
