different signature for internal and external emails

Outlook should permit automatic application of a different signature block
for internal vs external emails, so that I can use a less formal signature
block internally.

No idea, as it seems that you posted via the web interface.
In a newsgroup one normally could delete a posting with the newsreader
used for reading and posting.
This seems not to work in this place. t least I was not able to see a
posting of mine deleted from the newsserver [siiiigh].

Just leave it there. It does not hurt.
