Different sorted views of same data

I have an Excel list that I sort two ways, then print the sorted list each way. Let's say I sort the list alphabetically on Column A and then sort the same list numerically on Column B. Can I have Excel automatically sort the list both ways at the same time, say in two different Sheets? I want to add a row to the list and be able to print the list sorted both ways. I am currently doing this sort manually but I want Excel to do it automatically. Can this be done with the List Manager or Pivot Tables or some other way?

Well, obviously you can't have the same list sorted 2 different ways at the
same time :) but what you can do is automate the multi-step process.

One option: Record a macro to sort & print each arrangement. You can assign
a keyboard shortcut to the macro and/or add a custom button to a toolbar to
run the macro whenever necessary.

I'd suggest avoiding the temptation to have 2 separate sets of the same
data. As updating the list is bound to be necessary it makes for twice as
many places where the changes need to be made which most likely negates the
"convenience" of having 2 separately sorted copies of the same stuff.
