Different style, same numbering

Hi there.

I have created a style, heading 2. Now I need a new style almost, but not
exactly like heading 2. All I want to change is to have the "new heading 2"
insert a page break before. This is no problem for me. But how do I continue
with the same numbering as if it were heading 2? I have tried but when I
change e.g. heading 2 with number 14.2 to tne new style, the new number
changes to 104 for that heading. What am I doing wrong?

Kind regards and thanks in advance

If the number of these "modified headings" is small, I think the easiest way
is to add "Page break before" as direct formatting (that is, from
Format>Paragraph) instead of creating a new style.

Alternatively, do create a style, but remove outline numbering from all
headings and then use { LISTNUM LegalDefault } fields to add their numbering.
You can read more about the LISTNUM field in Word Help.
