Different Time zone

Anyone got a tip on how to enter an appointment using different times zone
values to the current one?

E.g. I am currenlty using AUS-EST time zone and somone sends me details of a
meeting using using US-PST times which I want to manually enter using the PST
time values (so I don't have to mannualy convert).
