Different views of document

I am using Office 2007, and in Word, I am saving as 97-2003. When I save a
document, previously, they saved with a thumbnail of the file. Now when I
save, I get the Word 2003 Icon only.

What can I do to make them all thumbnail?

Do you mean that you are Word 2007 and when you saves a document as docx
(2007 format) you would see a thumbnail of the file. And if you save as the
older format (97-2003) you only see an icon. I would say that the newer
format does allows thumbnails as one if its display options and the older
format does not.
Just one of those upgrades that came with 2007 I would think.

Possibly I may have read you posting incorrectly, if you mean the Preview,
then see the attached article about 97-2003 formats and this function and
also why it is not a good idea.
