Different ways of working with template

hii
please tell me the different ways of working with template
for example
one ways is
file > New > choose tempalae >save as document

is there any other way of doing the same work. I mean to
say working with template.

Hi Raman,

I'm not sure what you are asking exactly. A template is basically a
"model" for new documents. Some templates are using to globally supply
macros and autotext rather than used as the basis of a new document.

If you are asking for alternate methods to create a new file based on
a template then if you double-click a template in an Exploring window,
such as My Computer, then the default action is to create a new
document based on the template rather than open the template for
editing.

You can also create a macro for creating a new document based on a
template and assign the macro to a toolbar command, menu item, or
keyboard shortcut.
