Differentiate types of appointments on my calendar

A

Anne

I use my calendar for personal and business appts. I also keep track of my kids activities. Is there a way I can differentiate the appointments...perhaps by color?

Thanks

What version of Outlook? If 2002 or 2003, use colors and edit the labels to
reflect the current category for that label.

Milly,

I have Outlook 2000....and it doesn't seem to have that capability. Is there a work-around?
