I am having difficulty with an Access file that I am deploying for a company.
Specifically two things:

1. Even though screen resolutions are the same, many of my labels or text
fields are not showing up entirely on the screen. Is there something I can do
on the individual PCs?

2. I have a command button on one of my forms that runs a simple report. On
my machine it does what it is intended- just pops up in front of my form for
viewing. On other machines it runs but doesn't show up. I have to close out
of the form and get it that way as I am removed all menus/borders for the end
user.

Screen resolution is not the only thing that can cause such problems.
Starting with your own computer, check that you aren't using something like
large fonts or a custom desktop. Check the computer's display properties
especially under the Appearance and Settings tabs for anything different than
standard. Make sure that it's set to 96 DPI

Also you can run into problems if using fonts not installed on the other
computers. Windows will try substituting a font but might not get it right.
