Difficulty syncing Entourage with Palm

I am having trouble syncing my Palm Pilot (Tungsten E, OS 5.2.1) with
my Powerbook G4, OS 10.4.6. I have removed conduits as needed, and I
do not get any error messages, but none of my calendar or contact
changes show up after the Hotsync process.

The same process works fine with my Power Mac G4 desktop computer.

Any suggestions?

What conduits do you have active?? Any error message?? DOes the Palm
sync log say anything?

The only conduits active are Back Up, Entourage, and Install - the same
as on my desktop G4 where syncing works. The log indicates OK for all
categories, but none of the data on the laptop changes with the sync.

Not sure what is missing here. It appears that all the settings are
the same on both computers, but the Palm only syncs with the desktop.

Any other thoughts? thanks for your reply.

Have you checked the "new device" option for the Entourage conduit??

Yes, the new device box is checked on both computers - the desktop G4
that syncs properly and the G4 laptop that does not.
