Digest display of listserv messages

I subscribe to a listserv that has the option of receiving the day's messages
in a digest form. When I used Eudora, this meant that I received an email
that contained an icon I could click on that would open as a mail folder with
all of the indvidual listserv messages displayed. This was great.
In Outlook, each listserv message is an individual attachment to the message
I receive. This is not very user-friendly.
Any suggestions as to how to change this?
