I run a company and I am looking for a solution for lost, mislpaced,
etc orders. Right now we have pads specifically made up for our
orders, that we write the orders on. Now what I am wondering is a few
things (i might get confusing because my mind is going in so many
directions on this) I might think of either scanning the current order
sheets, or making the exact same looking sheet in excel. Now the
benefit of the first part is its just scanning, and it is the exact
sheet, and it is much quicker just to go along as usual..just
digitally. The benefit of the second, is I can use the wacom or
digipen to convert written to typed text and the orders will look much
clearer, plus I can add formulas, dropdown menus, etc if I needed to
within the order sheet. So my first question is which do you suggest?
The second question would be...would it be easier to get a wacom pad
and fill it using the pen over a pad (hopefully lining it all up
correctly..)..OR get a digipen and write the info on actual paper, then
have it converted to computer files?
If there are any suggestions that I havent thought of please let me
know. I can provide order sheet scans, etc if needed to help further
explain it
Thank in advance,
Scott
