digital camera

my windows xp does not recognize my camera when i plug it in, AFTER having
downloaded all everything from the disc provided with the camera. it is not
recognizing the Vistaquest VQ500. When the list comes up of the digital
cameras its not there to add, and when it asks to browse, i can't find the
file that contains the dowloaded info.

You will need to contact the camera manufacturer/marketer. I would
guess you need to download an updated version of something that might have
been on that CD.
