I'm running Entourage 2004 on OS 10.4.6 and have obtained a Thawte Personal
Email Certificate that was found easily by my email account in Entourage. It
was applied for and downloaded via Safari and resides happily in my
Keychain. The problem is that when I send an email with a digital signature,
some recipients complain they can't open it. Apparently these are people who
have Yahoo email accounts. I'm not encrypting my email...just want to ensure
that the recipients know that the email is actually from me. Is there
something else that needs to be done in the Account/Security setup that will
allow these folks to open my email?
Thanks.
