Digital Dashboards in Project

Hello All

In researching digital dashboards, it has lead to some confusion on my part. Some articles that I have read on digital dashboards for MS Project EPM state that you can build the software with Office XP Developement Toolkit and other articles have stated that it requires a different program called Digital Dashboard Toolkit. Both are from Microsoft; can someone help me sort out this mess
