I have paid for and successfully installed Digital ID from Verisign, or so I
thought. They are of no use from a support standpoint and sent me to
Microsoft where I was instructed to service pk and update all day! Did that,
still getting the following msg when I go so send a digitally signed emial:
" The messaging interface has returned an unknow error. IF the problem
persists restart Outlook."
I have restarted my computer and Outlook so many times today I could
scream.,...
Anyone have any suggestions or can you walk a lady through this mess?
