Digital Image 2006 Suite & Norton GoBack 4.0

I discovered in the MS tech documents 894512 and 896926 that Digital Image
Suite 10 will not work if Norton GoBack 4.0 is installed and running. I just
purchased the newest version of Digital Image: 2006 Suite in the hopes that
this conflict has been resolved. *But* before I open the box (and thus make
it unreturnable) I'm wondering if one of the MS MVPs can confirm that this
new version of Digital Image will work with GoBack. (PS: uninstalling or
disabling GoBack is not an option for me).

Thanks for your help!

The issue was corrected by an update from Norton.
Users of GoBack 4.0 can run Norton Live Update
manually and should find a download for GoBack 4.2.

Not only that, but as far as I can determine...the
crashing issue no longer exists with the DIS2006
version.

And there is a 30 day return guarantee directly from
MS...even for open box software. There's even a
postage allowance. Find info at the following site:

Thanks for the great information! I tried to get the same information from
the 800 support number for MS, but I'm still being transferred around.

Sorry for posting to the wrong newsgroup. I am not familiar with Picture It!
and thought Digital Image was more closely related to Publisher.

Again, thanks for your help!

You're welcome.

And yes, MS Digital Image is a continuation of
the MS Picture It! line...no relation to MS Publisher.
