Digital Pen

I use Vista home (not a tablet pc).
I would like to use a digital pen with ON.
There are some that have great feautures but somehow incomplete.

I need a device that can be used online or offline when connected to ON and
that automaticly syncs or uploads offline data.
No need for special or extra software..hand recognition, etc.

I'm pretty certain that the only pen support in OneNote is through the
TabletPC version of the OS.

the TabletPC version of the OS.

There are several pen solutions which work with storing the information
in the pen and synch with a computer.
Some of them work with OneNote.
Unfortunately I can not find the info :-( :-(
