Digital River No Download Allowed After Purchase

I purchased Office Ultimate and Visio through Microsoft's Ultimate Steal
offer to students through Digital River. I received an email telling me my
purchase was complete, but the link in the email takes me to a web site which
doesn't recognize my order number. The only information on their support
page tells me to "click on Download" but there I can't access that since I'm
not given access to that page. What could I be doing wrong?

Same issue - I just purchased Outlook 2007 from trymicrosoftoffice.com, which
is operated by Digital River. When I paste the link from the confirmation
email into my brower, it takes me to my purchase history page, showing the
transaction. I can access the invoice, but there is no download button.
When I try to access the details page, though, I get a message telling me I
have experienced an error and that I need to clear my cookies and try again.
Well, I have cleared my cookies and tried again about 12 times and get the
same message each time. I emailed customer service, but am not to expect a
reply for up to one business day. I am one very frustrated human being.

Any help would be huge.
