Digital River Problems

I need help... I read the one thread about this Ultimate Steal after my
credit card was charged and I have the so-called file downloaded. I followed
the steps in the article to self-extract and i get this message in the
command prompt: " 'X12-30307.exe' is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file. " I'm not very
computer-literate and I THINK that that's the name of the file, but I'm not
sure...that's the name of what downloaded. I'm on a Vista Computer...to make
matters worse. HELP PLEASE!!!

No .exe will ever open in the Command Prompt . Are you sure that is the file you need. The X12 in front of the file suggests that it is a product Code. The file you downloaded is named what exactly. Curious about the extension that it has

I have it. It's an executable that first installs all setup files, cab files and bootstrapper then it installs from those folders.

I used that same file with no problem.

An ISO is not much help, just keep a copy of the exe file (450 MG and text filed with your key and burn a CD as a back up or
you should have paid the ten extra dollars and they would have mailed you a DVD as a back up.

You have limited time to buy a DVD Back or it isn't happening for you.
