When I digitally sign my InfoPath 2007 Browser Enabled forms can I format
what displays on the form when I sign using a CAC (Common Access Card)...

Right now all that is displaying is name and date...

and

When digitally signing an InfoPath form does the individual signing HAVE to
type their name or can you set it so the just have to CLICK 'Click here to
sign this section' and then be PROPMTED for their pin to verify their CAC?
