Digital Signatures in Access 2003

ok...so I get the macro warning and I went ahead and got a
cert. from verisign and signed my project...but now when I
try to open my project I get "An application is requesting
access to a Protected item." multiple times. How can I
get around this error?

Also, just as a side note, is my project supposed to get
bigger when I sign it? It went from 18MB to 23MB...even
after compact and repair.

Any insight would be appreciated.
